High-velocity global freight forwarder coverage spanning ocean FCL/LCL, direct air cargo, DDP door-to-door transit, and Amazon FBA preparation via the Port of Houston and IAH Airport.
Unlocking global competitiveness through Texas’s premier energy, manufacturing, and international export corridor.
As the primary engine of the U.S. Gulf Coast, Houston ranks first in the United States in foreign waterborne tonnage. Operating as a licensed Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) and NVOCC (License #001803), our organization connects Houston’s heavy industrial complexes directly with global markets. By integrating directly with both the Barbours Cut and Bayport Container Terminals, we bypass intermediary friction, guaranteeing secured vessel space allocations, streamlined harbor drayage, and direct ocean freight dispatch to Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
For urgent, time-sensitive industrial components, chemical samples, and high-value technology, ocean transit timelines are often inadequate. As an IATA/CNS Licensed Air Forwarder (#01134480012) and TSA Licensed Indirect Air Carrier (IAC), we facilitate express air cargo shipments directly out of George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Our air freight architecture features charter flight coordination, priority onboard express booking, temperature-controlled cold-chain management, and mandatory TSA security screening protocols to guarantee rapid door-to-door transit timelines worldwide.
Tailored supply chain execution engineered specifically for Houston’s key commercial sectors.
Houston remains the oil and gas capital of the world. We specialize in heavy-lift breakbulk, oversized rig machinery transport, out-of-gauge (OOG) containerized freight, and fast-track clearance of drilling tools originating from energy hubs in Pasadena, Deer Park, and the Energy Corridor for destination delivery to offshore platforms and international energy sites.
With the dense concentration of chemical refining facilities along the Houston Ship Channel and Baytown, our logistics framework provides fully certified Dangerous Goods (Hazmat) handling under IMDG, ICAO, and DOT 49 CFR regulations. We manage bulk liquid totes, specialized tank containers (ISO tanks), and bagged resin polymer exports with full compliance checks.
Serving the Texas Medical Center (TMC) and NASA’s Ellington Field ecosystem, we provide precision-controlled cold chain air transport, white-glove bio-medical device logistics, and high-security defense equipment freighting. Every cargo movement includes full serial-number level inventory tracking and customs regulatory compliance management.
Capitalizing on the USMCA trade structure and the rapid growth of Mexican manufacturing nearshoring, our Houston facility serves as a primary distribution hub. We manage bonded drayage, cross-dock transloading, and expedited intermodal rail/trucking along the critical I-10 and I-45 freight corridors connecting Monterrey to Texas.
Supplying Houston’s massive regional fulfillment centers, our 3PL warehouse services execute buyer’s consolidation, palletization, product labeling, FNKSUPU barcoding, and direct DDP delivery to Amazon regional distribution hubs across Texas, reducing inventory lag times and eliminating border customs delays.
Supporting Texas’s booming solar, wind, and battery storage infrastructure, we orchestrate end-to-end import logistics for heavy wind turbine blades, solar PV modules, and commercial battery packs, managing complex port transloading and specialized flatbed transport across North America.
Navigating market shifts, technological advancements, and infrastructure expansion in the Gulf Region.
The billion-dollar expansion of the Houston Ship Channel (Project 11) is dynamically altering ocean freight economics. Widening the channel allows 15,000 TEU Neo-Panamax vessels to navigate safely to Bayport and Barbours Cut terminals. As an active NVOCC partner, we leverage this expanded vessel capacity to secure lower CBM freight rates, higher slot allocation reliability, and faster transit turnaround times for Texas importers.
Global enterprises sourcing through Houston face mounting regulatory and investor pressure to measure scope 3 supply chain carbon emissions. We respond by providing comprehensive carbon visibility telemetry, modal shift optimization (shifting high-emission air cargo to expedited ocean LCL), and access to bio-fueled ocean transit pathways, ensuring our clients fulfill modern ESG mandates without sacrificing schedule reliability.
Built on a foundation of regulatory compliance, operational longevity, and single-source accountability since 1974.
Unlike unregistered digital freight brokers, our operational credentials are fully verified by U.S. federal authorities. We maintain full certification as an FMC Ocean Transportation Intermediary (Org #004869, License #001803), FMCSA Licensed Property Broker (USDOT #2629896, MC-910043), FMCSA Freight Forwarder (FF #53067), and IATA Air Forwarder, backed by full Hazmat compliance across sea, air, and road (49 CFR / IMDG / ICAO).
Navigating U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations requires flawless execution. Our in-house licensed customs brokerage manages Importer Security Filings (ISF 10+2) at least 24 hours prior to foreign port loading, performs accurate HTS tariff classification, assists with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ #84) utilization, and eliminates severe regulatory penalty risks for Texas trade partners.
Ownership and management of dedicated transloading, crossdocking, and 3PL warehousing space on both U.S. coasts enables effortless cargo redirection. We offer rapid container destuffing, pallet sorting, long-term bonded storage, and seamless intermodal drayage connection to protect importers against demurrage and detention fees at Port of Houston terminals.
Through our long-standing active memberships in the World Cargo Alliance (WCA), National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA), and Foreign Trade Association (FTA), we provide seamless door-to-door execution across 153 countries. Every partner agency is strictly vetted for regulatory authority, operational speed, and local customs expertise.
Expert technical guidance for trade directors, logistics managers, and international buyers.
Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, the supplier or forwarder assumes all operational risk, freight costs, customs clearance duties, and final delivery logistics until the cargo arrives at your designated Houston facility. This provides absolute landed-cost certainty. In contrast, FOB (Free on Board) requires the Houston buyer to arrange sea/air freight, customs entry, terminal handling, and harbor drayage independently. We manage both modes smoothly depending on your internal logistics infrastructure.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) mandates that the ISF 10+2 must be electronically transmitted and accepted at least 24 hours prior to the cargo being loaded aboard the vessel at the foreign port of departure. Failure to submit accurate ISF data on time results in mandatory $5,000 penalties per violation, liquidated damages, and severe customs inspection holds upon arrival at Barbours Cut or Bayport terminals. Our in-house customs brokerage files ISF automatically upon receipt of shipping manifests.
Exporting hazardous materials—such as oilfield chemicals, refined solvents, or industrial coatings—requires a certified Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD), accurate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in English and destination-language specifications, UN packaging compliance, proper hazardous container placarding, and emergency response contact details under IMDG (Ocean), ICAO/IATA (Air), and DOT 49 CFR (Road). Our certified Hazmat specialists audit all paperwork before container gating to guarantee zero port rejections.
As a baseline economic rule, Less than Container Load (LCL) is most cost-effective for shipments under 13 to 15 cubic meters (CBM), as you pay exclusively for the volume occupied. Once your cargo volume approaches 15 to 20 CBM—or roughly half of a 20-foot standard container—Full Container Load (FCL) becomes more cost-efficient per CBM. Furthermore, FCL eliminates intermediate deconsolidation handling, minimizing risk for sensitive energy equipment.
FTZ #84 allows Houston-area businesses to defer, reduce, or completely eliminate U.S. Customs duties on imported components. Goods admitted into an FTZ can be stored, repacked, tested, or processed into finished products without paying duties until the final product enters U.S. commerce. If the finished goods are subsequently re-exported overseas, no U.S. customs duties are paid, generating significant capital flow advantages.
Oversized and heavy-lift project cargo requires specialized engineering surveys, route clearances, port crane booking, and heavy-haul trucking permits (TXDOT). Our logistics team coordinates directly with terminal operators at Port Houston, arranging shipside direct discharge onto specialized flat-rack containers, lowboy trailers, or barge transports for seamless delivery to refining and industrial facilities throughout North America.
