Straight answers to the questions international buyers and importers ask us most.
Yes. We are an FMC-licensed Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OFF & NVOCC, Org# 004869, License# 001803), an IATA/CNS licensed air forwarder (01134480012), a TSA Indirect Air Carrier, and an FMCSA licensed property broker (MC-910043) and freight forwarder (FF# 53067) under USDOT# 2629896.
As a general rule of thumb, LCL is usually more economical for smaller volumes, while FCL becomes more cost-effective as your cargo approaches roughly half of a 20-foot container or more. FCL also reduces handling and transit variability. We compare both options for your specific lane and timeline.
Buyer's consolidation combines purchase orders from multiple suppliers at an origin warehouse into one shipment. Importers buying from several factories lower per-unit freight costs, simplify documentation and customs entries, and gain tighter control over inventory arrival.
For ocean shipments to the United States, the Importer Security Filing must reach U.S. Customs and Border Protection at least 24 hours before cargo is loaded on the vessel at the foreign port. Late or missing ISF filings can lead to penalties, so we file and track ISF in-house alongside customs brokerage.
Yes. Our team is certified to handle dangerous goods by sea, air and road under IATA, ICAO, IMDG and DOT 49 CFR regulations, including classification, packaging and documentation checks.
Through a vetted partner network built since 1974, we reach 153 countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific — including hard-to-reach destinations with complex import or export licensing requirements.
